Boxing

Boxing is a combat sport focused on punches, footwork, and head movement. It's great for building endurance, coordination, and self-defence skills while providing an intense full-body workout.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing combines punches, kicks, and knee strikes, offering  a dynamic mix of boxing and martial arts. It improves strength, flexibility, and cardio while teaching effective striking techniques.al 

Olympic-Style Wrestling

Wrestling is one of the oldest combat sports, emphasizing takedowns, control, and pins. It develops incredible strength, agility, and mental toughness while teaching how to dominate an opponent on the ground.

No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu

No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling based martial art focused on submissions, escapes, and control without the use of a traditional Gi. It's ideal for self-defence, improving flexibility, and learning how to outmaneuver larger opponents using technique and leverage.

Women-Only Classes

We offer dedicated women's only classes throughout the week, providing a supportive and empowering environment to train, build confidence, and improve fitness. Whether you're looking to learn self-defence, sharpen your skills, or get in a great workout, these classes are designed for all experience levels.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

MMA is a versatile combat sport that combines techniques from boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu. It focuses on striking, grappling, and ground fighting, making it one of the most well rounded forms of self-defence and competition. MMA training improves strength, endurance, and adaptability while teaching practical skills for real life situations.

Classes for All Ages (6+)

All of our classes are open to participants ages 6 and up, welcoming kids, teens, and adults of all skill levels. Parents are encouraged to train alongside their children, creating a unique opportunity to bond while building strength, discipline, and confidence together. Martial arts is a journey that can be shared by the whole family!
