Sean Roulston is a highly experienced wrestling coach and competitor with a strong background in both provincial and national competition. As an NCCP-certified and OAWA-registered coach, he has dedicated over a decade to developing athletes, serving as the head wrestling coach at NHHS since 2013.

A multiple-time provincial and national medalist and champion, Sean brings a deep understanding of wrestling technique, strategy, and competition preparation. His coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, resilience, and technical excellence, helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the mat.
